Redemption process

You can redeem points for simple rewards in 4 easy steps:

Select the reward or discount coupon you want to redeem with available reward points.

Click confirm the privilege and your reward will be deducted.

Your discount coupon or reward will appear in "My Coupons". Ready to run in the next ordering process.

When purchasing Foremost products through Foremost Home Delivery Every 100 Baht spent get 1 reward point.

Customers of Foremost Home Delivery online store can redeem their existing points for discount coupons as listed below.

Coupons can be redeemed until 30 June 2023 and can be used until 31 December 2023.

Freebies cannot be selected or changed in size.
Discount vouchers The voucher can be used as a discount for your next purchase with no minimum and can be redeemed until 30 June 2023 and the voucher is valid until 31 December 2023.
Calculation of reward points Points earned are calculated based solely on net payouts. The remaining decimal fractions from the calculation will not be combined with other payments and cannot be redeemed for points.
Members will earn points and redeem rewards from Foremost after the date frieslandCampina calculates points and they have only appeared in their member accounts.
The terms and conditions for accumulating points are at frieslandCampina's sole discretion and reserve the right to change, amend or cancel. Points accumulation and redemption without prior notice
1 account member can redeem up to 1,000 points per month.
Points cannot be transferred to another member account.
The value of the points will be at the discretion of FrieslandCampina.
The loyalty list will expire on 31 December 2023.
Points cannot be exchanged or exchanged for cash.
Reward points redeemed for rewards It cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
If any dispute arises regarding the accumulation of points or the redemption of rewards, the company's decision shall be deemed final.
