Origin of Foremost Project to Spread Smiles to Thai Children Dr. Oran Showwiwattana Corporate Relations Director, representing the company, said that it began in the year when Thailand faced the COVID-19 crisis. Many are unemployed, have no income. The company, which has been in business in Thailand for 65 years, has the idea to help families in need by donating Foremost dairy products to children in need.

"Part of our intention is based on Fromest's philosophy of giving every Thai person access to nutritious food at a price that most people have purchasing power, compared to how many foods there are in 10 baht that contain all the nutrients including protein, vitamins, minerals, fats, carbohydrates.

Moving forward to create a sustainable society and environment

In 2023, Foremost Project will pass on smiles to Thai children. More than 3 million cartons of milk have already been given to vulnerable children and families. In addition to continuing to create good things for society for the 4th consecutive year, the Company also places importance on sustainability trends through the recycling of resources (Circular).

"Because some of the waste in the ready-to-drink milk industry is boxes and straws, I thought about how to recycle these wastes, so I spoke to the Mirror Foundation, which has a program to help the elderly get a job. Part of it is returned to the production process. The other part will be used for dairy farmers to make paddocks or sunshades for cows, as well as building materials for raw milk receiving centers, and some will be used as renewable energy."

Helping Thai society with earnestness

prasad aamir Head of Corporate Communications and Fundraising, Mirror Foundation Sharing his impressions of the project, he said, "During the COVID-19 crisis, The foundation received requests for help with food shortages from people all over the country, around the same time that Foremost contacted us that they wanted to provide 1 million boxes of dairy products to support good nutrition for Thai children."

After receiving fromost milk The Mirror Foundation has distributed throughout the country both to the foundation's office in Chiang Rai province to pass on to tribal children, including the office in Chiang Mai province, which has a network of learning centers, as well as other networks that work together such as Duang Prateep Foundation and Khlong Toei Dee Chan Group. In the past year, it has been allocated only to groups that are really lacking. This year, the foundation aims to distribute to children living at the border seams with refugee children living in the city.

"Delivering aid to those in need across the country. The mirror foundation can not do. In the first year, we did not expect that the Foremost Project to Spread Smiles to Thai Children would continue until this year for the third year, totaling more than 3 million boxes, reflecting Foremost's commitment to helping Thai society seriously." The most nutritious and useful foods

Another echo of the joy of receiving Mom Noi-Khamkong Kerdrit, office manager of the Association of Parents of Children with Disabilities, said that the day she was contacted by the Mirror Foundation to pick up Foremost milk. I feel unspeakably happy because there will be milk cartons for many families with disabilities. Most parents are also single mothers. There is only one way to earn.

"The association has over 200 members, most of whom are severely disabled children, but the milk allocated by the Mirror Foundation has helped more than 300 families because some families are not members. We have to go to the area to see each house's suffering. The network is distributed in many areas. See how many children with disabilities need help The allocation is determined according to each family, how difficult it is. Thank you Foremost for organizing the Foremost project to spread smiles to Thai children. We are a group that does not have much access to welfare, and the government is not enough. When this project is underway, children with disabilities whose physical condition is already abnormal, receive full nutrition. Increases bone mass, helps to become stronger. It's the most nutritious and nutritious food."
